Thrive Promoters are well trained in personal care services, communication, and empowerment skills. Abode Advantage prioritizes care that maintains the highest level of dignity, comfort, and safety. They are available for assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and incontinent care while recognizing the resident’s independence and abilities.
The unique and small house design ensures that each resident receives one on one attention. Residents and families have access to Thrive Promoters on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week. Our teams are trained to recognize changes in health and effectively engage with the resident and family to find solutions.
